COMPLETE
TRAINING PROGRAM. The training activities of RISKMATRIX are focused upon the needs of the corporate treasurer and his staff, and also upon the requirements of the director of finance and the controller. There is a basic training package - this is structured as an initial orientation. There is also a broad treasurer's training on key management issues and specialised workshops for experienced professionals. Also, in-house courses are designed for the specific needs of individual companies.
ACTUAL
AND PRACTICE-ORIENTATED TRAINING.
All training is up to date. It embraces new products and markets, relevant trends, simulation models and new techniques of analysis. Therefore, participants are offered the newest concepts and practical tools. Lecturers are treasury consultants and other experts from practice, including specialists in cash management, risk management, corporate finance and derivatives. As a consequence, all course are utterly practice-orientated. They are reinforced by topical case studies. In addition, participants are encouraged to discuss their own individual treasury problems with specialists and other participants.
ISDA AND FINANCE LAW. The Workshop “ISDA and Finance Law” is focused on professionals working in corporates and organizations, who need some knowledge about the legal aspects of treasury and finance or are involved in negotiations with banks or other financial institutions. The workshop may be interesting for all levels in financial management, from the cash manager who negotiates the conditions of a cash pool to the chief financial officer who is interested in the legal risks of an arrangement with investors. Prior knowledge of law is no requirement, but delegates are assumed to have some knowledge and expertise in finance. The workshop is organized in a 2 day program including evening program on the first day (until 19.30, dinner optional.. The first workshop is planned on 5 - 6 October 2009.
